
Ingredients:
- 2-3 Peaches, finely diced
 - Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
 - Champagne White Balsamic Vinegar
 - Sugar
 - 7 UP (Diet or Regular)
 - Prosecco White Wine
 - Sparkling Water (San Pellegrino)
 
In a large pitcher, combine the peaches, balsamic and sugar in 1:1 ratio. Cover and leave in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
In a glass, add 1/8 cup of mixture and fill with equal amounts sparkling water, 7UP and Prosecco.
Serve chilled and enjoy! Makes a quick, yet refreshing drink on a hot afternoon.
