- 1 Watermelon
- 1 package of crumbled Feta cheese
- Watermelon Balsamic Vinegar
- Fresh Basil leaves
Wash and cut a medium or large sized watermelon into triangles. Top with Feta cheese, Watermelon Balsamic and fresh basil leaves.
Refrigerate and serve chilled. Makes an excellent, refreshing summer salad on a hot summer day!
