
SHRIMP
Combine the following and let marinate for 15-30 minutes:
- 1¼ pound of Gulf Shrimp peeled and deveined
 - 1 Tbsp. Lemon Olive oil
 - 1 Tbsp. Garlic Olive Oil
 - 1 Tsp. Lemon Zest
 - Juice of ½ of a lemon
 - 2 garlic cloves minced
 - ⅛ Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
 - ⅛ Tsp. Salt
 
If grilling: Begin soaking your skewers in water to prevent charring
While your shrimp marinate, combine:
- ½ Cup Butter Olive Oil
 - 1 Tsp. Lemon Zest
 - 2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
 - 1 garlic clove, minced
 - ⅛ Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
 
Place shrimp in single layer on baking sheet.
Cook shrimp for 8-10 minutes in a 400* oven, turning half way
If grilling: Place shrimp on skewers and grill over medium-heat, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skewers and serve over Basmati rice with the lemon-garlic butter!
