Beef Wellington in Puff Pastry


  • (1) Beef Tenderloin, cleaned and rubbed 
  • Puff Pastry Shells
  • Tuscan Herb Olive Oil 
  • Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil
  • 1 package of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Bake Puff Pastry Shells according to recipe on box, then set aside.

Rub cleaned Tenderloin generously with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and bake at 375 until 140 degrees. Allow to rest. 

In a saute pan, saute mushrooms and onion with Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil for 5 minutes. 

Cut tenderloin into bite size pieces and combine with mushroom mixture. Season with salt and pepper. 

Fill puff pastry cups and serve immediately!
