- 2 eggs
- Truffle Sea Salt (just a pinch)
- 2 TBS cream
- 1/2 TSP White Truffle Oil
- 1/2 TSP Sweet Butter Olive Oil
- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Whisk 2 eggs until frothy; add a pinch of truffle salt and 2 TBS of cream.
Over medium-high heat, add 1/2 TSP of White Truffle Oil and 1/2 TSP of Sweet Butter Olive Oil to the pan.
Next, pour the egg mixture into the pan. Stir and cook until light and fluffy.
Serve with an extra pinch of salt & pepper to taste!
