Vanilla Custard with Peaches


  • 2 cups Whole Milk 
  • 1/3 cup sugar 
  • 2 egg yolks 
  • 2 TBS cornstarch 
  • 2 Peaches, diced
  • 2 TSP Vanilla extract 
  • 2 TBS Peach White Balsamic Vinegar 
  • 2 TBS Sweet Butter Olive Oil 

Combine 1 cup of diced peaches with 2 TBS of Peach Balsamic and set aside. 

In a medium size saucepan, combine milk, sugar and cornstarch. 

Gradually stir in milk and warm to thicken. 

Temper in 2 egg yolks and whisk to combine. Finish by adding 2 TBS of Sweet Butter Olive Oil and 2 TSP of Vanilla. 

Chill for 2 hours. Top with peaches!
